punch-list walk thru, during which time the client, Architechniques, Ltd. (and our consultants) and the contractor will review the completion and quality of the construction project to assure it is ready for the client’s occupancy. Any deficient or defective items will be noted for correction with a 30 day period.

At this time the client may occupy the facility. At the end of the 30 day period, Architechniques, Ltd. will check to assure that all items from the punch-list have been completed and if so, will authorize final payment to the contractor.
