Summary of Recent Projects:

Expansion and Renovation of Salem Township Hospital, Salem, IL
Principal Architect for the design of a seven and one half million dollar addition and renovation to the Salem Township Hospital. As the designer, Mr. Sims has had to take into account the facilities priority of maintaining all hospital function throughout the construction process. A phase design has been allowed for in which an addition will be constructed to allow the relocation of critical function while existing areas are renovated to allow for the new use.
