Summary of Recent Projects Continued:

Franklin Hospital, Various Projects, Benton, IL
Principal Architect for the plan of correction and renovations of several areas including; Boiler, Chiller and Cooling Tower Replacement, Renovations of the existing laundry area into administrative offices, and multi-use office spaces, and the plan of correction at the Surgery Department. Previously Architechniques worked with SIH on renovations to the Cafeteria, Intensive Care Unit, and Radiology Departments.

Herrin Hospital Renovations, Herrin, Illinois
Project Coordinator for the design and construction of the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago and Southern Illinois Acute Rehabilitation Unit at Herrin Hospital, and the Expansion and Renovation of the Herrin Hospital Emergency Suite. These two projects completed in 1998 and 2001 respectively, included the design and renovation of over 15,000 square feet and the addition of 1,000 square feet of space in Herrin Hospital. Mr. Sims worked closely with Eva Maddox Interior Design on the Acute Rehab. Project, and worked with TKA of St. Louis on the design of the Emergency Room Suite.
