Principal Architect for the design of a new armory facility
at the Sparta National Guard complex. This fire station will be approximately
9,500 s.f. including vehicle bays, offices, classrooms, locker
rooms, and storage areas. The design of the building was also

Council’s LEED requirements. The construction documents for this
project are being used by the University of Purdue to teach their
Construction Management program.
The Robert N. Brewer Family Foundation, Herrin, IL
Project Designer and manager for the design and construction
of this award winning facility. The facility is approximately
3,600 s.f. with a design that reflects the early 1900’s design of

Architechniques, Ltd. was presented with the American Institute of

for this facility.
